JPA, JPANs & Q's

Anyone know how I can see what Q's are allocated to a JPAN/post on JPA? It's easy to see what your employees current competencies are, but how do you find what they should be?

The only time I've seen the list to the post is when the AO gets raised.

Bit pointless having the manager section on JPA if you can't access basic stuff like that.
