Quick description: Serves as an introduction to project management in general, with a bias toward PRINCE2 terminology.
Who should attend:Anyone who is involved in project management or would gain from learning about project management, although complete project novices would manage the course ok.
Exams and certification:No exams or certification, which is probably a good thing, leading to a relaxed atmosphere on the course.

Working day: 0900 approx 1300, 1410 to cease work >1600
Course finish time: Should be finished by lunch time on Friday

The course also includes some group exercises.
Attendees are from a cross section of the MOD, from civilians to senior officers from all forces. The course is useful since there is no bias toward management in the forces.
The attendees on the course that I attended all agreed that it was a useful course. The instruction is of high quaility using lecturers from Cranfield university.
