Initial officer training course content.

Hi everyone, recently on my filter interview I was told the knowledge I had on IOT was OK but I should try and have a more in depth knowledge of the 3 phases i.e. a week by week run down of the course at it progresses. Here is a link to to what I rehearsed;

Whilst quite informative it does not really give a time table as such. Could any one help point me in the right direction??

There are 30 weeks of IOT, and the interview regarding the service aspects and current affairs is 22.5 minutes long - I think they are full of ****.
