How do i post a picture from my computer?

In the 'People you look up to' thread, i wanted to post an image of my sister, but dont know how to do it.

Please help!

Click on reply then the paper clip top middle

click Browse from my compooter then upload. then do post preview to see if its worked. if not it might be to big.
