High Res Logos help

I am after the RAF Logos but in Hi Res, the ones I am after are the normal birdy type one and the newish Royal Air Force with roundel. The ones on the net are very low res and I am after 300dpi or better. Its for some t-shirts for the section that I have been asked to source. Or if any one knows any place that does the Embroidery work please let me know.
