Help wanted with this frickkin name labe!

I have a bunch of name labels (black on green) to be sewn onto the PCS on the left hand side (for Sleaford Tech). I had it done Saturday, but the collar of the PCS shirt obscures half the label.

Just where is is supposed to be sewn?

I thought these were going on the left arm these days on the removable velcro panel?

Are you sure that the instructions are for pcs cu and not a hangover from CS95 days?

A google of AP1358 dress regs tells us:g. Embroidered name badges are not worn on PCS CU. All other forms of authorised trade badges, qualification badges, emblems and
insignia for wear with operational clothing are detailed in AP 1358 Chap 7.

Therefore if they want names on PCS it must be a Cranwell special.

It's a College Warrant Officer Special

On the jacket, it sits atop the LH Breast pocket

On the shirt it sits 1cm under the uppermost seam of the same pocket.

I had to phone the station tailor to find out.
