Can any of our resident Clerks give me any guidance of where I can find details on harmony guidelines and more specifically is there is any provision for taking into consideration Service couples and trying not to overlap Deployments/Exercises?

However, on further research, IBN 23/14 states the RAF are moving to a harmony guideline of 468 days in 36 months. Hope that helps!
