Heard this story on the radio on the way in to work. It's going to be alright, the money grabbing lawyers are challenging the exact meaning of her will. They are arguing about whether the old dear meant the government of the day could spend the money on government things NHS, housing, schools etc or that the party of government could spend it on political things. By the time the grabbing lawyers have been paid their fees there will probably be nothing for the grabbing politicians to fight over.

If the what the coalition spin doctors say that 'government' equals 'governing party' is true then these said grubby spin doctors are civil servants, and are responsible for their actions to the Secretary to the Cabinet rather than their departmental ministers. That would be interesting!
