no that was me , kenneth (seems like a lifetime ago now )
my father served in, aden, bornio etc he greatly inspired me to join up, spent 18+ years serving.

Ohh Well done. What did you do ? I remember the Honours List being published - dozens and dozens of AFCs, DFCs etc etc and a lone SAC (you) at the bottom !!

was a member of royal air force bomb disposal
awarded the queens commendation for brave conduct.
only two given to airforce personnel , one to myself and the other to another team member ady thorne.
team also received a queens gallentry medal, mention in dispatches and two citations.
