Now that the RAF & Auggies have decided that we all have to complete the fitness test twice a year does there have to be a specific time period between them?

Quite simple really, 2 fitness tests a year (12 months) would have to make it every 6 months unless of course you're going away on det somewhere where you will have to be in date for the duration of your det so I'm certain that they might squeeze 3 tests a year out of most....

Here everyone has to do it during 2 specified months or the Staish gets a bit miffed.
