Got my first trout last week on the River Alto Adige near Schlanders, South Tirol on a leaded nymph. Water levels were a tad low but quite clear considering the time of year and the melting mountain snow.
Leaded nymphs i.e GRHE worked well as did a small dry on the slower stretches.
