Hey guys,

O have my final interview tomorrow, i am aware that i sign my contract and give them my bank details.

I am also aware that i will have to give a brief explanation of what i will encounter in my job and in training.

Is there anything else i can be given a heads up on, and any advice or help to ensure i am totally prepared for it?

Thank you for any help :)

As long as you know about both basic and trade training you'll be fine. Know about your trade and answer like you did at the selection Int.

Good luck

Thank you, I'm swatting up tonight, cant find anything really specific on trade training.

Would i be correct when saying,

9 weeks at halton,
9 months basic trade training at RAF Cosford,
18 months-2 years posted putting your trade to practice,
then 18 months specialist trade training,

is that correct? if not could anyone enlighten me?

You should have whats called a trade information leaflet about you trade, that will give you all the info you require. As far as Halton is concerned you need to be able to break the training down ie: Foundation phase, green phase and blue phase, then embelish on each of the phases, what you're expecting to do (foundation: kit issue, discipline, drill, bull nights, inspections, fitness fitness and more fitness).
Sounds like you are well on the way, just be smart, confident and know your stuff. Interview techniques like eye contact, good posture and only answer the question your ask (don't ramble), and a good firm handshake with the interviewer.
Good luck:pDT_Xtremez_32:
