Has to be my HD tablet with a portable Hard Drive with 1 TB of movies on it, enough to see me through 6 monthers.

Insect repellent. Good quality socks. Water canteen. Mars, Snicker or Topic.

1Tb HD stacked with porn and films/TV. If afghan minimal civvies apart from gym kit. Travel light. I personally would recommend your own good quality sleeping bag and a travel pillow.
