you will of course appreciate that I have been out for 20 years (ish) but WTF is crossfit? Thank you.

If you're a qualified X-Fit instructor, why not start a class down there? It'd be a great way of passing the time and you may even get paid for it?

Im not Q yet but have been doing it for 5 years so would be good to get some like minded people together to train with.
