Border Farce?

Since we ‘locked down’ over a 1000 illegal migrants have arrived on the South Coast, either landing by themselves or kindly brought in by the Border Force taxi service. There is oral evidence from people fishing on the coast who have seen boats land and the occupants disappear. Social media this morning is already reporting a further 9 boats crossing.

My question is; do we actually have a border force? If all they’re doing is picking these people up and transporting them to the happy land of ‘free stuff’ then what’s the point of even having a border? Thanks to the Dublin Regulations very few of these people can be deported.

I can see one of their vessels out at the moment in the Channel. The MAFF aircraft (checking fishing grounds normally) would patrol those areas and would check report seeing such things but I'm not sure what they are up to these days if even still operational.

We used to have a pretty good Border Force, ( the Border Protection Agency), it was quite effective and somehow managed to keep most of the great unwashed out even though it was massively underfunded. However thanks to a combination of meddling by the EUSSR and their free movement policy combined with the Great Tony B_LIAR and his delusions of of being a world statesman it was scraped and replaced with the omni-shambles we have now.

Apparently 10 boats have now been 'rescued' with video evidence that the French navy were involved in aiding their journey. Is it now time to realise that the Home Office and Border force have lost control of the situation? Shouldn't we now be deploying the Royal Navy and Royal Marines to deal with this? I seem to recollect that nice leader of ISIS telling the world that he would flood Europe with terrorists and I don't think he was joking.

What should we realistically do (.50 cal deep six'ing the lot of them not being an option currently)?

Within the boundaries of human rights and us being a thoroughly decent bunch of chaps we can't do much other than intercept, make safe, basic medical treatment and work out what next...

The problem still, and it always has, lays in dozens of other countries waving them through their own lands knowing that if they stop them they have to take responsibility for them....and armed with the knowledge that they are mostly UK bound that's what they do.

Sorry gents, it ain't that easy. Two words, 'Dublin Agreement'. This states that they have to be taken back to the first country they entered the EU. 99% of cases that won't be France so the UK authorities are basically hamstrung in any effort to remove them. Don't forget that the odious Mrs May also signed us up to the UN Compact on Migration. Have a read of that one. It's a doozy.

I don't agree with illegal immigration, but that statement is racist.

I trust you are out picking fruit this summer, seeing as you hate foreigners so much....

Their final destination is England simple as that, unless they have relatives in the rest of Europe we have to have them when they declare themselves asylum. Besides the NHS are short of Doctors and Nurses anyway.

In that regards since 2003 when the EU payed us a visit with their ever expanding waifs and strays policies. Have any point have the FINE ESTABLISHMENT called the Trade Unions, the bastions of protecting modern day workers bothered to object of people coming in? Deftly silence I put it to M'Lud. Besides we need them coming in because as purported Brits are lazy. Lets swamp London Europe with these new arrivals the more the merrier I say.
