A cyclist riding a bike at upto 25mph on a pavement knocks over bloke, who dies as a result, and gets a lenient sentence cos the judge considered he was a "vulnerable". Judge has gone soft in the head. She should have hung the barsteward as an example to the other scrotes who use the pavement as a racetrack!

Judge Miranda Robertshaw told Messen..........
"It will not advantage anyone to send you to prison," she said.
It's not about giving anyone an advantage, it's about punishing someone who has done wrong ffs. And people wonder why we despair at the judicial system in this country!
