Now haven driven up and down that road on occasions too numerous to mention, the placing of the cameras, in general, can be infuriating. They are placed right in the middle of the only good stretches to overtake the '65 on the straight/25 round a bend' brigade. Noticed a few missing over the festive kids run and thought they had been removed to save council cash until I saw this little gem. Any other areas who have the crooks actually nicking them rather than burn them out? :pDT_Xtremez_19:

Ah speed cameras an essential safety feature of todays motoring or cash generators for the authorities, the debate continues this time with saws apparently. What's the scrap metal value of a camera box and it's mounting pole quite a weight of steel there for a very short time with a saw, given that manhole covers are, for the criminal element, seemingly worth nicking and the camera itself can be ditched after it's been stripped of the saleable scrap metal bits.
