    Pay under training for Commission

    If I applied for a LE Commission would my pay stay the same until the end of training or would it drop down to the same as the other trainees' pay level?

    Army SNCO to RAF Officer - Anyone done it recently?

    As the title would suggest, I am looking into the process of commissioning on transfer from the Army to the RAF. Has anyone done this in the last 2 or 3 years? Many thanks
