    TG1 Retention again

    FTRS are useful but only when they are put into considered areas, i.e. positions where there has been an historic difficulty filling, the role would benefit from a long term individual being there. Also with FTRS, FC/LC/HC the individuals are becoming younger and choosing it as another career...

    Has any Ex Tradegroup 3 been placed in an old TG11 Slot or vice versa and how is it going? Any problems from old sweats from the legacy trades? Is it such a big deal thatt some of them are making?? Just interested to see what type of teething problems have occured.

    TG4 a good thing?

    What do you all think of the the TG4 nearly 2 years on? Do you think it was inevitable that we had to move on?

    Now that TG4 has settled down..

    I agree, the only thing in our favour is some of them shouldn't have received their tats let alone their tapes, so it's going to be easier for us to leave them behind, i beleave the job has changed alot apart from those stuck in commcens(poor sods) be even they have to deal with the IM side...

    I think part of the problem is that there are so many conflicting ways to apply, psf where i am at the mo are the worst in the RAF, but there is a large pool of tg4's that are gagging to escape
