Re: 24hr pilgrimage

So far we have three riders, including myself. The more riders the more we raise. This ride is a 24hr cycle and will test endurance to the max. One of the main reasons for making the ride 24hr is that my ride in 2005 took 12 days cycling and two days driving. All of which came out of my leave as well as members of my family who followed in a support wagon who recieve a lot less holiday than we do. This ride is a different challenge and we really do need all the support we can get before we head off. So please donate or join the ride or tell people you think might be interested. Much appreciated.

Just to update, we now have a support team but still open to any riders who want to participate. Please spread the word and keep the donations coming getting there slowly but surely. Help us reach our target.

24hr pilgrimage

Fellow goaters. Please donate what you can. A pound off every goater would push us nearer our target. I realise that H4H is a high profile charity and gains plenty of support, no doubt from all of us on this forum. The bike ride is going to take an enormous effort and we need to get all the people possible behind us. Once again any help is welcome.

Regards FL

24hr pilgrimage

There will be a photo taken at York Street Boston (Boston United's ground) this Friday at 1945 hrs. We are still looking for more riders and of course need plenty of donations to reach our target. Any input from e-goat is much appreciated. Cheers

Raised £1300 at Waddington airshow this weekend. Really happy. There are videos on our facebook group of me singing songs as I train. Bit of fun. Please donate goaters. Any support is very welcome. Two weeks to go!!!

Today is the day of the pilgrimage. Myself and a small group of riders are cycling 300+ miles in 24hrs. What makes it harder is that today we appear to have strong headwinds. I will be the only one attempting to ride the full distance. As yet no goaters have donated. I realise we all support many charities and already most will have supported H4H. However any donation would be very welcome to help us reach our target. Please donate and help a fellow goater. Cheers guys.
