If I recall correctly it was at Luchars a couple of years ago.

It was at Coningsby, and it's an optical illusion. The jet on the ground isn't on the runway.

As I recall it was at coningsby around 1994/5. The GR was from TTTE (note clean wings) and had a foreign student pilot (can't remember which nation) who had a little difficulty with ATC instructions to go around!

I was lead to believe that it was staged as part of a Flight Safety video / film. I can’t remember if it was staged at Coningsby or Leeming.
