So, 2009 is almost over, Rossi is MOTOGP champion again, JT has gone back to WSB and Spies has gone up to the top table, Buell has gone to the wall, well nearly, and the NEC show was a bit of a no go.... so whats your thoughts on biking for 2010 ? Im looking to get back on two wheels after selling my Triumph daytona 650 earlier this year, fancy a classic tbh but being a total shortarse seat height is always a factor for me, so whats on your biking radar for next year guys ?

Personally I am going to ride the guts out of my ER6F, trips already arranged to Germany in May, France in July and the IOM GP in August. I am just waiting for the good weather to return.

Triumph all the way

Triumph all the way

Hopefully getting a new house in the new year so no DIY for a year or two will see me and Street zooming around the lanes of Lincolnshire a little more this year.

Lincolnshire roads are great for bikes but most destinations are a let down. Sleaford to Horncastle and the Colsterworth to Melton Mowbray roads are a couple of my fave blasts at the mo.

I learnt to ride up there, had my first and only new bike up there in 78 or so, Suzuki 250 X7, spent many a happy night ragging it down it to Burghead, Elgin etc. Ive got a road trip planned to celebrate my fiftieth, basically heading from home to the pier head in Liverpool and then just head north always keeping the sea on my left and follow the coast all round the north of England up to Scotland and eventually finishing at Flamborough head, should be a laugh, just need a bike now :pDT_Xtremez_19:.
