I got amazingly drunk there once in '91. Can't remember much about the inside, but I do remember making a pavement pizza outside....right about where one of the pictures was taken from.

It's still going, although not terribly strong now. Ty, (on the very left of the photograph) the trainer is still keeping the games going although they've had to bring in a bit of outside support. They still win most games though! The camp will be open for many years to come, although the rugby input may decline, it's future is currently uncertain. If it should close though, be assured I will secure several momentoes!

That bloody box to tell you which hand to drink with and such nearly killed me the first time I went in there and when the rocks got hold of it for their xmas party it got even worse. Many good memories though.

I was chatting to the trainer at the weekend. It seems that after a bit of advertising around the station, they've now got a full team again. Training starts today!

Celtic;

I'll see what I can do, although I'm not stationed there now, I still live in Newquay at weekends.

Ahhhh, 2nd picture from the bottom, I remember standing there (just where near the tartan lining is) and drinking a "special pint" the captain at the time and myself had prepared... Just as the special ingredient touched my lip a mexican wave of people pukeing prevailed... Happy days..

I think that was also the day the Lyneham team came to play, one of their guys hid a pool cue..... Up his ar$e - thick end first...

Happy - yet disturbing - memories
