Noisy Neighbours

I have nothing but sympathy, because I am experiencing similar circumstances myself.

My next door neighbours teenage son is learning the Bass guitar and deems it necessary to have the damn thing so loud it makes ornaments shake.

I have spoken to his mum twice. The first time, it stopped straight away. The second time she tells me she doesn't want to be a 'grouchy' mum!

So next time I see him, I tells him what's occuring and he agrees to turn it down.

Wrong, he's right back to it. So did a bit of research and looked on the official government website regarding neighbours from hell, then found out who her landlord was and am doing all the good stuff about recording incidents until I can drop a bomb on their asses!

On taking my bin in this morning I spoke my neighbours girlfriend. She was chuckling away about my moon rocket symphony, didn't expect that reaction but she told me my neighbour was fizzing about it initally but after a while he considered that maybe he had been making too much noise in the morning and had just gotten a taste of his own medicine. She was mainly curious as to what it was I played.

Apparently he is a stubborn git by nature and wont admit it but his missus says he is now making an effort to keep the noise down. She has said she will keep ane eye on him and try to keep him in line, seems to be working as not a peep was heard this morning.

Might well be, maybe I shouldn't have retaliated but it seems to have done the trick for now. Saw the lad earlier and he waved so he doesn't seem to be hacked off, going to keep the list going if there any further occurences but hopefully things will settle down now.
