Not funny at all I'm afraid. Their business model has obviously failed and regardless of the way they conducted operations, I wouldn't wish this on anybody. Many people are now faced with the prospect of paying a mortgage and feeding a family with no money coming in. I certainly wouldn't want to be in that position and I'm sure you wouldn't either. As for their delayed flights to and from the FI, I'd put money on the military side of things screwing that up.
I flew to Cyprus with them and a more inefficient bunch of tw@ts there has never been. The whole operation was shoddy, amateur and even the trolley dollys were ugly. They missed slots through their own inability to simply load an aeroplane in some sort of orderly manner both in Larnaca and Manchester. If there are many people facing hardships that is tough it is probably because they weren't up to the jobs they were doing in the first place.
The only bit of light relief they provided was they were so incompetant they compensated me twice for their fcuk upsDT_Xtremez_14:
£400 but I got £600 back thanks to their incompetance in handling the compo claim and then their not believing me when I told them they had paid me £300 twiceDT_Xtremez_42:And you paid how much for the experience?
, 2 of us been stiffed for NY guard lol 2nd lot of guard this year as well sigh oh well life in a blue suit
One of my workmates sister works (worked!) for XL as a trolley-dolly - she flew out to Egypt 2days ago and is now stuck out there out of a job DT_Xtremez_31:...and even the trolley dollys were ugly. ...
Have these guys got anything to do with the XL Leisure that took over the running of the Naafi? or have I got that completely wrong!
Off Topic That takes the biscuit. I'd be hacked off if that happened to me.
