2. No wifi in bra.
3. Comp booths and phone area a lot quieter.
4. New BX (Bigger than the old one)
5. Old BX still here just smaller.
6. Shoppette impoved and moved a little bit.
7. 24hr laundry service still up to scratch 3 day turn round.
8. Food still the same.
9. Brit Bar still as popular.
10. Brits on tour out here helpful, even to tordet DT_Xtremez_28:
11. UK plugs in accom as per last time.
12. Showers/toilets still the same (New ones still getting built)
13. PTI organising plenty of activities, plenty to do.

There is also the Transient Laundry tent as well, has 24 washers and 24 dryers in it, individual packs of detergent cost 29 Cents from the BX.

Ideal if you need something washing quick, or the outfit you wore to the Brit Bar isn't really something you want to hand in DT_Xtremez_15:

2. No wifi in bra.(Rip Off NAFFI £5 for 2 hours - no downloads)
3. Comp booths and phone area a lot quieter.(booths in DFAC but still have to que)

O ffs Drill..... Most of us have been there and done he sh1te dets up north abit... I wish people wud shut the fork up about it... Just cos some of us are lucky to get a good det once in a blue moon. I'll be as jealous as I like pal. Nuff said. Still, I will count my blessings and be glad I'm not you, anyone who describes anywhere here as a 'good det' has obviously had a career much harsher than mine.

LiarDT_Xtremez_15:: mondays is now tacho day not fijitas, and they have something called "gyros bar" which as far as i can work out is the fijita bar but with humus aswell.... the rest of the days have been mixed up but wed is still surf and turf and fri is still pasta, but you only get meatballs every other week......

Sounds like hell compared to Camp Bastion.

I'm only bitter because after tours at Basrah and Bastion I quite fancy Baskin Robbins on tap, an outdoor pool, profligate WIFI and welfare booths that aren't permanently stuffed with US Marines chewing tobacco and surfing t'internet. I can confidently assert, however, that the mess at Camp Bastion (Bastion 2 in particular) is better than any DFAC.
