Well Gordon, did you get the message last night ?
We the working people of Great Britain are fed up with you and your colleagues taking the pi$$ out of us.
We've had enough of your lies about inflation, the 2% pay rises for public sector workers while you all receive more. Your expense accounts, your extra house near work (I wish I could have one of those) paid for by our taxes.

We're fed up of OUR money being wasted on paying benefits to people who won't work, yet enjoy a better standard of living than most working people.
Donations to banks to protect shareholders while they're allowed keep their profits !
The massive amount of tax on our fuel and increasing road tax too.
Most of us HAVE to drive to work now because there is no work anywhere near our homes and we couldn't afford to buy a house where we work anyway.
Pathetic prison sentences in holiday camp prisons where prisoners don't WANT to try and escape and appear to reooffend to get back on easy street.

Your lucky you didn't wake up to a country full of BNP councils Gordon, next time you might NOT be so lucky.

Stop taking the pi$$ out of us or your fired.

Apologies Admin if this is the wrong place, but I didn't think Gordon is a Goater and he couldn't read it if I put it in fight club.

Rather than start another thread I thought I'd join this one!

Looks like someone needs to start resettlement eh Gordon?

BBC linky

But Labour's chief whip Geoff Hoon insisted there was "no crisis" for Gordon Brown.
Really? Looks pretty drastic for him from where I'm sitting.

Wait for a few u turns now during the next few months, try and get the vote back.
Too little too late. I think most have had enough of Labour now. As the article says, labour strongholds have turned.

Come the general election, Gordon will discover that he was right in not having one beforehand to vote him into his office.

When is the general election? Next year sometime?

PMQ's should be good next week. I reckon Gordon is going to take a right battering from Cameron!

From the government.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT.

The Government today announced that it is changing its emblem from a Rose to a condom, because it more accurately reflects the governments political stance.

A condom allows for inflation, halts production, stifles the next generation, protects a bunch of pricks and yet gives you a sense of security while you're actually being screwed.

FINALLY HONESTY FROM LABOUR.

SB, to quote a minor Arabian celebrity - "There are no American tanks in Baghdad!!". Just about sums up the current morons occupying the halls of power, nice to see Geoff Hoon so sure it won't affect the government in the long term - ar$ewipe.

well Monty, they are only lying to themselves and if Hoon wants to be their equivalent of Chemical Ali so be it, but I really hope he does take stock of this and do something for the working man of this country.
I honestly feel that the labour party have betrayed us all by trying to pander to conservative voters just to stay in power and I sincerely hope they understood the wake up call however I won't be holding my breath.

Do we know for sure yet how the BNP fared last night and did Red Ken get the boot ?

Brown is not our ELECTED leader.

Yes he is.

Name one leader you had the option to vote for ?
Did you vote for Tony Blair in `97 ? Only if you lived in Sedgefield.

The party who wins the most seats forms the govt, the leader of this party is the PM. Honestly, its the Houses of Parliament not the Big Brother house.

Just to jump on a bandwagon, He was dubbed Comical Ali, I have the DVD of all his highlights what a star.

As for the Election, What better way to tell a guy he is totally not connected to the British peoples thinking.

Did anyone actually bother to vote? I did for the first time ever!!! but I arrived at the polling station determined to vote an independant in, but the only choices were Tory or Lib-Dem (aah bless) and given my intense loathing of the LD's it was a Tory vote by default. Labour didn't even bother to put forward a candidate. On a footnote I used to live in Kent, the entire county is now Tory run!

While I am glad they got a kicking people are being naive thinking the tories are a panacea for all our ills.
Will they stop MP's outrageous expenses? No.
Will they give up their second homes at our expense? No.
Will they be giving decent pay rises to public sector workers? No.
It looks on this showing the tories will get in. I hope they've learned the lessons of their last stay in power.
I hope they don't make the same mistakes with our economy with huge interest rates and mass unemployment should never be used to control inflation.

Call me pessamistic, but for some reason, I don't believe you.
