And just why not? She's the UK's average size, so why not have someone who actually represents what this country currently looks like? Just because you're all sign ins on a website you feel that you can make comments about how fat and minging she is, well get a life and grow up I doubt you're perfect.

I'll freely admit that I am about as far from perfect as you can get.

I'm short, fat and balding with glasses and hair sprouting from all the wrong places, but I'm not about to enter a Mr Universe competition, or promote myself as some sort of poster-boy for healthy living.

I think it is great that she is content with the way she looks. I am too, but I couldn't bring myself to tell others that it is OK to be like me, because it's not.

Emaciated celebs are not good role models, but neither is someone sponsored by Ginsters and the British Lard Council.
