What does on at the training weekends for Auggies?

Technically, three weekends of Phys ed (need you annual fitness chit), GSK lectures (and mock tests), Kitting and drill with one weekend of "Force development" (usually a museum visit) thrown in. Its not so bad actually, and you can always do the off parade thing or social event with the other guys.
Some squadrons though are toss; they send their guys straight to Halton, whereupon they fail the test on the first day, hate the life and all it entails, and leave.
