W@nkers, we're struggling with the manpower we have now 775 and we're dropping even lower.
Checking our section diary for the coming year OOA tempo has increased to. Cpls and below are now doing 4m away 12m home then 4m away again.
Sgt's only slightly better with 18/24 mths in between.
Recruitment forcast for 2009 is 3 courses of 10.
So if we have 1 starting Jan 09 we get maybe 10 by Jun 2010 3 month spread on course starts means we won't get up to the full 30 (if they all pass) before almost 2011
Plus as we're gonna be 88 short by April 09 its gonna be at least 2012/13 before we even replace them. Minus all the time ex and PVR's before then we're in sh#t street.

Where's our Fekking Retention Bonus????????

LOL retension bonus wasn't that the unexpected promotion most of you's heavies got due to redundancy. How could the airforce offer you's retention when they made a load of you's redundant, don't get me wrong if you did get offered it nice one but IMO they should have made us leckies redundant and kept the heavies.:pDT_Xtremez_28:
