Station Leave Plot

I would be grateful for a little JPA Reporting advice in the absence of my specialists. Logged in to JPA Reporting and, under MI Unit HR Admin, have run Departmental Absence Status. I selected every absence and every unit available, with dates start/cease dates of 1/31 May 12. To my way of thinking this will pick up everyone on the unit who has a period of leave during these dates. Unfortunately the results only include the sub-units and not the RAF xxx personnel - I have all the sqns etc, but no eng, admin or ops staff. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?Thanks for looking!
