RAF Stanbridge will close on the 21 June 2012.

Thank goodness, my 18 months there were not the happiest in health or work terms.

SOme good people made it a bearable place, as did SSSA and FIA!!!!!!

Another loss and unfortunatly not from a Unit that can be easily replaced- I dread to think what experience will be lost when those gates clang shut for the last time!

I only managed two courses and couldn't beleive the changes between 1998 and 2004 I guess the writing was on the wall!

RAF Stanbridge is a funny old place you either like computers or you had better take up a sport (football, Rugby or Cricket)
