Can you go back on the 75 pension if you have left a few years ago. Only just heard about this court case for which people reverted back to the old pension because they won the case.

Someone told me the other day they lost the appeal as well and people still serving where asked if they wanted to change back.

Latest I have heard is that anyone who left the RAF after 2015 on the 2015 pension will be contacted after Oct 23 and given the choice to revert back to 75 or stay on 15. I have just left in Apr 23 on a mix of 75/15 pension and I am waiting to be contacted about this later this year or next.

FPS is the best place to research it.
As I understand it now we will all be placed back on our legacy schemes come the day. You then get the choice to have a 75+15 mix, or you stay on 75.
you will be given a printout for both choices, where you will find out if you owe any money back, or they owe you. That’s the difficult bit, which you can only guess at.
you never know, they may be quick off the blocks in October, but if not they have 18 months to sort it For every individual. The current questionnaire that you’ll find a link to on the FPS site is very informative.
