Nike Running Trainers

Hey

I have my PRTC in 2 weeks time. For my training I bought myself a pair of expensive running trainers from a running outlet. Where they assessed my running on the treadmill and recommended the "right" trainers for me. I had not really given it much thought until now. They are a pair of Nike running trainers with a big Nike tick on the side. (Not my usual style or type of shoe/trainer) however they improved my running and are extremely comfy.

Sorry for rambling on. But will I be able to take these? I don't know how strict they will be with trainers.

Thanks

Look on the bright side, they'll look great at the Thursday night bop:pDT_Xtremez_29:.

I'd be surprised if you were not told to use the "issue" trainers, but then again its been 38 years since I was at Swinderby.

That saying, if you don't ask (at PTRC) then you won't know.

Last time I was in a Phase 1 Training environment we used our own trainers as I too had my gait analysed. Keep your issue Silver Shadows (Which really are terrible) for inspections etc.

Get trainers for inside as well. You'll do more gym work than you realise and you need to look after your knees.
