The RL Super league kicks off this week. One things for sure with teams from as far away as Canada and France the accusation that it's only played in obscure Northern mill towns is gone.

Saints will be top, I hope there'll be a contest this year not like the last 2 years.

Wolfpack have a very thin squad. Only 25 players, all the money spent on SBW could have gone on another 5 players. He gets injured they are buggered.

The least said about Catalans the better.

I have to laugh at Wigan saying they will make the match against Catalans, pride day and it transpires that they made a play to sign him.

Felt a little sorry for Salford all those new signings, all the hope and totally outclassed by Saints who haven't changed their squad. If the last years losing grand finalists get smashed by that many points the rest could be just left watching Saints tail lights as they pull away once again. The again Salford could be a poor team who haven't had time to jell properly yet and Saints just got lucky on the night.
