Blink 182 to headline Reading and Leeds

Has it really come to this state of affairs?

I went to Leeds in '99 when they were on the line-up ... when they were relevant! It seems strange that them, and the likes of Jake Bugg, are playing Leeds now.

Saying that, I'm getting old, I look at the line-up for most festivals and either don't know who the acts are, or can't believe they're on it! The bands I want to see are always on the smaller stages!
