    Declared to NATO

    Hi all, I am in the middle of research for a presentation about NATO. I have searched the internet but cant see the reason/explanation for the phrase 'declared to NATO'. I know the V-Force, Tridents and E3D's were/are 'declared to NATO' but what does that mean? Is it that they are available...
