    when you leave the RAF, does it stay with you?

    I think that most RAF personnel who leave the service will always have some infinity for the time they were in, especially all the buddies met during their time. I managed 22 years and would have stayed in given the opportunity. I was demobbed 93 and found it difficult to adjust to civvy life...

    Photo Restoration

    Anyone else do this as a hobby? I got into it by necessity, a whole load of old slides which needed digitising before the colours had completely faded was my motive. Years of mastering the art of Photoshop and PaintShop Pro spurred me on with slightly damaged and faded photos in family albums...

    Hi all, joined the forum yesterday and enjoying the posts so far. Ex RAF Binbrook Lightning lecky, hoping to find some folks from the same era as myself 71-93. Did I mention I worked on Lightnings, 5 Squadron and LTF 79-85.
