25 years service, loved every minute of it, took redundancy as a SNCO from Conningsby. Started in sales with a hydraulic company after a brief sting with Bombardier Aerospace and managing a steel works. Bought the hydraulics company.
Now we’re Rail Engineers doing fluid transfer and traction control systems for trains.
Retirement beckons .... 😁
