    22 Years Service - Expectations

    So I reached that figure of 22 years service this week. It seems like just 10, really. It has gone so quick and now that I am tied into the new pension scheme I don't feel like I can leave before the next 8 years are up. I suppose in some respects I should be lucky to have a job around this...
