As an efficient well motivated and generally superb Jnco I am becoming more and more p#ssed off with the lack of work and lazy slack assed attitude which Is bieng currently demonstrated by one of the snco's in my "office".
He seems to have developed a condition which causes him significant amounts of pain whenever any work is required (particulally teaching) which he is scared of!!
Is this trait particular to appo scum or just this b#ll end??

I can't really believe I'm about to say this ! My last SNCO was an appo, and admittedly he could occasionally be a complete and utter c0ck. Fair play to the guy he was smart, pretty useful with a set of spanners or lockingwire pliers and also used to get his overals on and not just to fix his car ! He also used to to look out for the lads. I'll wash my mouth out now !
Actually most of the appo's I worked with were all right.

I think the answer is bell end !

If you look closely Liney Hasbeen you will see a complete absence of Apprentice Wheels in that picture and everyone knows a true appo would not be seen dead without a wheel on his key ring. This is a picture of the latest recruitment team at this up and coming march... so no more appo slagging.

While I, as an ex mech, have to agree that Appos are scum, I have to leap to defend sausage2. You see I have known him for over 5 years and he isn’t your average appo. I think perhaps that the only reason he joined as an appos was because when he joined they had stopped FLEMs. Sausage2 would have made an ideal FLEM King Liney. His is a FLEM trapped in, well in a FLEMS body.

I know for a fact that one of his greatest regrets about his appo course was that as the last course of Appos, by the time he got in to his senior year at Halton, there was no junior course to bully, what an utter waste of this man's talents

I feel you have pent up frustration at your lack of educational ability when going to the CIO, I suggest that maybe you should have "Stuck in at school" then you wouldnt be in this position and would in fact be a SNCO yourself by now.
