Too many Officers???

Just wondering wether anyone agree's that there's too many high ranking officers these days. I saw some stats the other day that showed that we've about the same amount of Wing Commanders these days as we did back in 1990 even though we're half the size in 2006. Talk about looking after yourself!!!!

here's another stat i heard yesterday: there's 3 officers to every airman nowadays. probably cost 'them' too much to make them redundant.

What with all this new E2E and Lean. You now get 2 Wing Cdrs (Forward and Depth) when we only used to get 1!
