From what I understaqnd if you 'ET' (PVR in old money) before the 15th of the month and apply for an advance of 80% max of the £534 you get to resettle it will be in your pay packet at the end of the same month?

Is any of the above statement correct and if not why not?

Oh and is there any admin faffs that might rear their heads with this process? I'm at Waddo if the service differes from camp to camp...

Any help appreciated...

That's how I've heard it too, I applied for two resettlement courses a few days ago, it was on the 14th that everything was settled.

The Resettlement bird told me that as the guy who signs off the paperwork wasnt in until the next day, I wouldnt be able to see that money in my pay packet at the end of this month.

So I have to pay the courses myself (ouch!) and then claim the money back next month.

I'm a little annoyed at it, I'm very appreciative of that chunk of free dosh, but its a shame it comes with so many strings attached that makes it a nause to access.
