This is retaliatory move by Muslim activists to head off at the pass a full ban on the burka and Niqab by Sarkozy...He is posturing to ban both of these demeaning items in at least all public places if not everywhere...

This case allows them to go to court, lose then exercise their right to go to the European Court of Human Rights in the hope of a reversal and over-riding ruling...The ECHR can overrule any nations courts as long as they have signed up to it and are known for some odd decisions over the years IMO...

What fcuks me off is her claim that it goes against her human rights. So, if she's allowed to drive with restricted vision. has an accident and kills some poor innocent bystander, what then?

The Fcuking Human Rights law is an asse at times.
