Myself and Dantura were fighting this battle a few months ago over on a different thread with another mong who presumed to know everything about Supply...another one who couldnt see past civvy storemen giving out socks....give it up, technical arrogance is deep-seated and is unlikely to change any time soon.

What happened to this PR10 business? I saw a page on the intranet earlier about PR10, it mentioned that the discussions were over as of 5/3/10 and the packages had all been agreed upon. There were a few 'we regret this' and 'we understand the pain caused' statements; not very encouraging.
