A complete total and utter @rsebag of the highest order, the best part of him ran down his mums leg! he ranks up there with Craig Bellamy as possibly one of the biggest wastes of an Orgasm in the history of man. Utter utter utter cnut, who should be shot. Only then we would be fcuked come the world cup for a left back as we cant convert Patrice Evra into an englishman. Bugger.

Agree with most of what you say there and I know Bellamy is a cnut on the pitch but at least off the pitch he gives a large amount (somewhere in the region of £250,000) of his wage to charity. A drop in the ocean but not many other Premier league primos can say that.

Yet again the legal system has missed an opportunity to make an example of a high profile character.

The other gem was from his brief who said that possibly the radar gun was not working correctly....again, not surprised at that given the speed the t00l was doing. It beggars belief what he would have claimed had he knocked somebody down in his haste to escape the nasty person taking his picture.

This is a joke "A £15 victim surcharge and £300 costs were added by the panel to "reflect his income".

Should have a few zeros on the end of each of those figures, but the so called justice system here is weighted in favour of the wealthy.

Have they? quote "A request that Cole be allowed 21 days to pay was greeted with laughter by magistrates, who granted it nonetheless." quote.

They haven't missed it, they obviously had been at the sauce and actually rewarded him for his fcuking brass necked cheek! Cnuts (magistrates) and bigger cnut Cole!

In order to make the fine system fair, I think that no set figure should be stated. It should be a % of annual salary. Get caught speeding pay X% of your annual income. For the dole scroungers they should assume the status of someone earning the UK average wage.

A £500 fine to Mr average wage Joe Public would definately have an impact. However £500 to a premier league footballer is a drop in the ocean. They would probably have ordered champagne worth more than that.

................and for the genuinly unemployed, through no fault of their own, or those who are sick or injured and are receiving the minimum that the government see's neccesary are stuffed for £500.

I'm glad you aren't sitting on the bench. :pDT_Xtremez_25:
