New intake Feb 2010

Hey guys and gals,
I'm new on here, and new to the RAF in general, so much so I haven't even started yet!

I've been given my date for my intake which is Feb 2010 - Anyone else starting up then? PM me if you are.

I just hope I won't still be here then! On day 07 ATM and it's tough! Got my kit prep done finally and can go to sleep now! Up at 6..... Love it!

Hi what trade are you going in for? I applied for supplier last june passed all my interviews, fitness and medical tests etc but still havent even been given a "offer of service" to sign or anything?. I was ringing my afco on a weekly basis to see if there was anything happening but they kept saying it wont be untill new year. Is anybody else in the same boat? Can anybody give me any info on what should and could happen next please? thanks.

Well its taken me a year almost to the day - I think I went into the AFCO on the 5 or 6th Feb 2009, and start on the 3rd Feb 2010 so be patient! It'll be worth it I'm sure!

Its taken me nearly 2 years by the time i get in :S
Im going in as a fireman BTW. My start date is the 23rd of June :pDT_Xtremez_30:
