I was'nt quite sure where to post this, so i thaught id chuck it in here and see how it goes.

Obviously we dont get a say as to what kind of physical training we're doing at halton, but my question is are we free to carry on and get back to our old training habbits when we go to cosford for trade training?

Reason i ask is im a fairly keen weightlifter, and will be dying to get back to lifting as soon as i can after halton, Any ideas?

Cheers!

Trainees at Cosford get around 3 programmed PT sessions a week. Quite often at the moment, they're runs around the local countryside.

The gym is pretty big though, and is absolutely packed every evening - am sure you could get back into whatever you wanted in your free time.
