I think it's this;

1. A bleep test where you have to get to 9.10
2. 20 press ups in 60 seconds
3. 35 sit ups in 60 seconds

Hopefully someone will come along and confirm.

fitness test

Yeah, that is the correct level for the bleep test.

I recently went up to RAF Leeming with the local AFCO and the PTI there put us through our paces on the Multi Stage Fitness Test.

The pass mark was Level 9.10

No, I was told by the PTI at RAF Leeming that, the level 9:10 was the global pass level for people of our age. (17 - 29?)

im sure the raf regt have to maintain a higher level than that.

You get put in a corner and called fatty fat fat,

Not really, the PTIs will give you some handy hints and tips and you might have to do an extra 2 weeks at Halton to get your fitness up to speed.

Once you're in you'll do the Bleep Test Twice a year and the level is 9.10 until you're 30, even then it doesn't drop much, this is the bare pass level not what the RAF really want you to achieve.
