The percentages are to tell you ow close to the pass mark for the RAFFT the PJFT scores are. So the Press ups are 50% meaning you ony have to do half as many to pass PJFT as you will need to do to pass RAFFT.

The waiver column is for those who don't reach the pass mark. If they beat the time in the waiver column then they can apply for a waiver, to be allowed to continue with their application (rather than being told to come back in a certain amount of time to try again). The waiver may be granted, or it might not be, I think that would all depend on the rest of your application.

Hey, I was wondering this as well.

Rach87 - Thank you!

Just wondering though, what does the "waiver" actually mean. Excuse me for being stupid! And even though i now understand the concept of the percentages, for the run time, do you have to get 90% of that to pass?

For example, for females in the 17-24 age group, it as 14.26 minutes. Does this mean I will have to get 12 minutes something once the 90% has been taken into account? or does the percentage work the other way to give me more time?
I was informed by the AFCO I need to do it in 14minutes 35secs.

Thanks in advance
